The Role

Biànca is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our energetic Italian restaurant in Fortitude Valley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a grounded and guest-focused leadership style, and enjoys being hands-on in service. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to manage day-to-day operations, guide the team with confidence and care, and ensure the venue delivers memorable dining experiences every service.

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant or venue management
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, with a desire to keep learning
• A calm, steady leadership style that helps the team perform at their best
• Ability to mentor and support Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and FOH staff
• Proficiency with rosters, wage cost control, and administrative systems
• Passion for service, team culture, and building regular guest relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of licensing, safety, and quality standards
