About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

Biànca is looking for a professional and focused Chef to join the team on the hotline at our fast-paced Italian restaurant in Fortitude Valley. You will be responsible for executing dishes to a high standard during service, managing your section with care, and contributing to the consistency and rhythm of the kitchen.

• Experience in a quality-driven kitchen environment
• Confidence working the hotline during busy services
• Strong mise en place, timing, and section management
• Ability to follow systems, recipes, and plating standards
• Calm and clean working style under pressure
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to grow
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Commercial cookery qualification is highly regarded

Anyday is a Brisbane based collective of restaurants founded by Tyron Simon, Bianca Marchi, Ben Williamson and Frank Li. First founded in 2014 with a single venue, it has now grown to several, all based in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, with plans for many more.
