The Role
Biànca is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Sommelier to support the wine program at our vibrant Italian restaurant. You will work closely with the Venue Sommelier to deliver high-quality wine service, assist in pairing guidance, and contribute to the overall energy and pace of the floor.

What we look for:
• Experience in wine service within a quality-driven or high-volume dining venue
• WSET Level 2 certification is required; WSET Level 3 is highly regarded
• Confidence in guiding guests through the wine list and offering thoughtful pairing suggestions
• Strong communication and a calm, guest-focused presence on the floor
• Collaborative mindset and ability to support the wider floor team
• Passion for wine, regional styles and the stories behind producers
• RSA Certificate
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
